Arexpo aims and is tasked with enhancing and developing the site where EXPO 2015 took place, transforming the area into an internationally renowned scientific and technological park of excellence.
Due to the nature of the project, the management of spaces and structures is constantly evolving and undergoing transformation.
Such complexity meant that the maintenance of the areas managed by Arexpo did not allow for the implementation of standard procedures for the assignment of maintenance services.
Our solution
Implement procedures where the economic operator collaborates with the client in the planning and management of all interventions, promoting the efficiency of the entire process of execution and control of activities.
The results achieved
The support activity to the RUP (Responsabile Unico del Procedimento) involved us in the following activities:
- Defining an overall strategy for maintenance service management.
- Preparing the technical specifications and related attachments.
- Drafting the tender specifications, with particular emphasis on defining the technical selection criteria for the contractor
