Sustainability at Martino & Partners
LOCATION - Our Milan headquarters is a shared space accommodating multiple companies, reducing energy consumption compared to operating separate facilities. It's energy-efficient in terms of temperature, lighting, noise, and humidity, located centrally with easy access to public transportation. 90% of employees commute to work using public transportation, electric vehicles, or bike sharing.
WORK HOURS - We prioritize work-life balance by implementing a policy that ends work activities at 4:00 PM on Fridays.
HYBRID WORKING - All our employees have individual smart working agreements integrated into their contracts, allowing for 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work per week. Hybrid working reduces carbon emissions by minimizing travel.
WELFARE - Each employee benefits from an individual corporate welfare account, enabling them to purchase intangible goods and services within the scope of Article 100 of the TUIR, including education, recreation, social assistance, healthcare, and more. Material goods purchases come with fringe benefits within statutory limits.
ENVIRONMENT - Committed to reducing our environmental impact, we hold ISO 14001 certification, emphasizing our ongoing commitment to sustainable practices and responsible resource management.
D&I AND GENDER EQUALITY - Gender equality is fundamental to our corporate culture. We strive to maintain an environment where men and women have equal opportunities for growth and success.
GENDER EQUALITY - Our company has 2 women in top management and coordination roles out of 3, with women comprising 56% of the workforce. Gender pay equality is a standard practice.

Code of Ethics
Since June 1, 2022, we have adopted a Code of Ethics, which we updated in July 2023 to strengthen our commitment to social sustainability.
The Code of Ethics sets forth the principles and values to which Martino & Partners aligns its activities, operations, behaviors, and relationships, both internally and externally, with a constant focus on utmost correctness, moral integrity, and compliance with laws.
With these principles in mind, we have adopted the Code of Ethics, recognizing that activities, services, and operational methods aimed at achieving significant growth and development goals must always be combined with the pursuit of the highest ethical standards and respect for the values that underpin civil society.
Diversity, Inclusion, and Gender Equality Policy
As of September 1, 2023, we have implemented a new policy on diversity, inclusion, and gender equality.
Our gender equality policy is based on three key principles:
- Equity: We ensure equal opportunities and treatment for all, regardless of gender. No discrimination, no disparities.
- Inclusion: We promote an environment where every voice is heard and respected. We welcome and value diverse perspectives.
- Progress: We continuously work to overcome gender stereotypes and create a career path that is open to all.

Parental Policy
As of July 11, 2023, we have implemented a new parental policy.
With our new parental policy, we aim to create a work environment where parents feel supported and able to realize their full potential both in their professional and family lives. We strive to be a reference point for parents, demonstrating our commitment to equity and inclusion.
ISO 14001:2015 Certification
Since February 2023, we have been ISO 14001:2015 certified for our services in directional consulting, project management, and training for private companies and public entities in strategy and finance, business development, organization and management, management control, IT services, procurement, marketing, and communication.

Since December 2023, we have adopted all measures to ensure gender equality in our work environment: “Directional consulting, project management, and training services for private companies and public entities in strategy and finance, business development, organization and management, management control, IT services, procurement, marketing, and communication.”
