Sassabanek – support in the development of a project financing
Sviluppo Turistico Lago d’Iseo SpA is being followed in the path of progressive renewal of its tourist and accommodation offer through the identification of operators potentially interested in the presentation of a project financing based on private initiative. The aim of this projet financing is the award of a concession for the redevelopment and management of Sassabanek tourist complex.
Objectives of the company are:
- to select a partner that is able to strengthen and enrich Sassabanek tourist offer through renovation, redevelopment, extension of buildings and areas intended for accommodation or public use and of complementary structures and infrastructures directly connected to the Centre (swimming pools, tennis courts, green area, parking, bicycle shelter, fitness area, wellness centers, dehors, shop windows, etc.).
- to innovate the center through the use of advanced technologies, to make it sustainable from an environmental point of view (Nature & Green) to enrich the tourist offer and to respond to the needs of that range of users attentive to food and wine (food experience) and to sport and active tourism.
Our solution
We support Sassabanek with a 360° support by accompanying the Company in the process of identification of a partner able to improve and innovate the accommodation offer through a project financing initiative. Another line of support given consists of the path of renewal of its image and communication through the creation of a new website which, in addition to enhancing the tourist center, can also highlight the touristic beauties and opportunities offered by the territory.
The results achieved
The research path of a new partner sees us involved in supporting the organization and the management of the preliminary market consultation, through the realization of the exploratory notice of interest and in the progressive accompaniment of the Company towards the offers evaluation and the Project Financing publication.
In a nutshell, the activities carried out:
- design of the market consultation
- drafting of the exploratory notice that contains detailed information and guidelines useful to operators for the preparation of their proposals through project financing or specifically established project companies
- support and support the RUP in the management of the procedure
The renewal process continued with the management of social media through a content management activity and definition of the positioning strategy and the creation of an institutional video to promote the potential of the Centre to stakeholders.
Also at the level of investors, the activity of improving visibility was the first path undertaken to accompany the Company in an important project financing operation.
