Acque Bresciane’s need is to develop and promote at the system level its sustainable vocation.
Our solution
Development of the strategic plan through internal analysis and examination of procurement and contracting documentation, an assessment to gather internal needs and identify critical issues to define the new positioning. Definition of guidelines and strategic actions to strengthen Acque Bresciane’s positioning in sustainability
The results achieved
The project involves the following macro activities:
- Development of the strategic plan for procurement sustainability, including:

- Internal analysis, by using the documentation of the U.O. Purchasing and procurement;
- Internal assessment to gather requirements and analyze potential issues;
- External benchmarking;
- Positioning, guidelines and strategic actions, timeline;
- Updating of models and operational tools designed for the procurement process:
- revision of the procurement regulation
- revision of internal operating procedures
- development of tender documentation models and other internal models developed by the various “Solely Responsible Project Managers”;
- Involvement and training of interlocutors (stakeholder engagement), provided both to Acque Bresciane employees and to strategic suppliers.
